Extreme winter weather, including freeze-thaw cycles, takes a toll on Tulsa's streets, causing potholes to form. Tulsans can help identify locations for pothole repairs by reporting them either by sending an email: www.cityoftulsa.org/Reporting/Potholes.asp or by calling the Mayor's Action Center at 596-2100.
Tulsa's Street Maintenance personnel repair potholes as soon as possible, with a goal of within 72 hours after a report is received. Frequent storms in the winter of 2009-2010 have increased the workload: 10 crews are assigned to potholes - each crew repairs 200 to 250 potholes per day.
